Board Policy for Tidal Works – draft for feedback

Gold Coast Waterways Authority (GCWA) is pleased to release the draft Board Policy -Tidal Works, which provides the framework for how we assess development applications for tidal works in Gold Coast waters.

The draft Board Policy helps to clearly articulate GCWA’s position when we assess applications for marinas and other forms of tidal works, such as boat ramps, jetties and pontoons.

We value industry and community views.  If you would like to provide comments or feedback on the draft Board Policy – Tidal Works, please do so by email to mail@gcwa.qld.gov.au before Monday 26 June 2023.
