Working With GCWA

GCWA delivers a wide range of capital and operational projects. These include building public pontoons, dredging and maintaining safe navigational access to our waterways.

We work closely with contractors, suppliers and consultants to deliver our projects. All current and upcoming works are set out in GCWA’s Waterways Management Program.

We understand these projects are vital for local workers, local industry and businesses. To understand how the procurement process works, please see below.

TENDERING FOR GCWA’s UPCOMING WORKS

Major contracting and consulting services are typically sourced via tenders, advertised on QTenders or Local Buy.

As a contractor, consultant or supplier, make sure you register on both QTenders and Local Buy.

Once registered, you can subscribe to the categories that are relevant to your business. As a result, you will receive a notification when GCWA calls for tenders for that specific scope of work or service. This includes Expressions of Interest.
