Pressure on the Broadwater is increasing, driven by vessel congestion, long-term anchoring and unsafe behaviour.
In some areas, high concentrations of vessels are limiting access and creating ongoing risks, alongside a smaller but highly visible number of vessels that are unseaworthy, abandoned or at risk of becoming hazards.
