Applications open for community grants funding

Our Community Grants & Sponsorship Policy supports initiatives, projects and research that align with our 10 Year Waterways Management Strategy.  These initiatives should help build resilience of the Gold Coast’s waterways through improving their social, environmental and economic value.

We’re pleased to announce that under this Policy, we’ve opened applications for funding through our Community Grants and Sponsorship Program.

A total funding pool of $5,000 is available for community projects in the fields of waterways innovation, arts and culture and environmental sustainability.

To apply, please complete the GCWA Community Grants and Sponsorship Program Application Form contained within the Policy document. All applicants are required to submit their application via email to mail@ydsgroup2.com.au with the relevant subject line, either ‘Community Grants Application’ or ‘Sponsorship Application’.

Applications close on Friday, 14 May 2021 @ 5 pm.

Any damaged or missing aids to navigation such as beacons, buoys, markers or signs, should be reported as soon as possible on
